Shipping Info

If the customer wants the order shipped to the billing address how do I turn
on a button/feature that they can fill in a box so they do not have to rekey
the shipping info?

Paul,

There is a checkbox on the shopping cart screen near the bottom that says:
Use separate shipping address

You can control whether this checked by default or not in the backoffice
under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System

If it is not checked by default, the checkout screen will offer the customer
the ability to still use a separate shipping address as well.
