Unable to save changes to inventory tracking

While working on the inventory tracking messages in our store, I am
suddenly unable to save the changes. After reloading, re-entering,
trying different browsers and attempting to opt for "cancel" instead, I
cannot get the "Save Changes" or "Cancel" buttons to act as links and
allow me to send the form, updating our information. Instead, the
browser seems to be treating the buttons simply as images, allowing them
to be saved but containing no link information.

Is there something that could be causing this elsewhere in our shop
information, or a way to restore the functionality of this feature?
