Order Number Increment
Posted: Fri Jul 11, 2003 10:01 am
I found the document in the knowledge base about how to change the initial
order number.
Now I'm wondering if it's possible to change the way it increments.
I.E.: can we make the order number offset by 3 or 9, so that consecutive
orders would be #1101, #1104, #1107, (by 3) or #1101, #1110, #1119 (by 9)
This notation is sometimes called "3's compliment" or "9's compliment"
Do the order number need to increment by 1?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Mark
