I'm having some trouble downloading orders into QuickBooks. For some reason
when I download them they do not include the credit card numbers. The CC #s
appear in the tab seperated download, but not in the quickbooks one. Any
ideas? Also, has anyone here had problems accepting diner's club cards?
For some reason Shopsite isn't recognizing them as credit card orders.

The Quickbooks download file does not specifically create a customer record
(which is where the payment information would go) in your Quickbooks database
(although Quickbooks will create a blank one with just the name for you if one
by that name doesn't already exist) because if it did Quickbooks would overwrite
the entire customer record if it already existed in Quickbooks. Note that I have
a very limited understanding of Quickbooks, so any further questions regarding
this I probably can't answer.

Only the Bill Order function had trouble recognizing Diner's Club cards as
credit card orders, the shopping cart accepts them as such and runs them through
your payment processor if you have one setup (so you can generally bill the
transactions through the processor's web terminal interface). The Bill Orders
problem was fixed in ShopSite v6.3.
