Sendmail Error

Finally recovered from Interland's server crashing! Was down for 2-1/2
days. Almost back to normal - 1 last problem

This is the error generated by ShopSite:
(#11300093) (#11300091)

There was an error sending your email receipt:


Solution:
It seems that sendmail is not configured correctly. The error that we get
when we try to access sendmail is:

No such file or directory
However, your order has been processed correctly.
Your order number is 2520.


Could you warn your merchant that you didn't receive your receipt via email?

sendmail executable path:
/usr/sbin/sendmail -fcustserv@cookiebaskets.com


Interland says: Our sendmail package resides at /usr/lib/sendmail and you
will need to configure the cgi scripts to flag a valid from address as you
can see from the changes I made to your formmail.pl script at the $mailprog
variable i.e. -f usr1159@cookiebskets.com -t.

Any suggestions for a fix??

Answering my own post! Anyway, it looks like Interland put sendmail into a
different directory??
Current setting according to Interland
/usr/lib/sendmail
Prior setting according to Store Preferences/Hosting /usr/sbin/sendmail

Do I need a new Auth file from ShopSite to get this changed??
Also, what is the -f switch??

I have ShopSite Manager Ver 6.1.1

Your auth file has nothing to do with the sendmail path. To change that,
edit your [storeid].aa file in the ShopSite CGI Directory (same
directory as start.cgi and all the other admin cgi's). Find the token
called 'sendmail_loc' (I think) and change that to the new path. Save
the changes, then test.

Thanks. That did the trick!

Found the file at /cgi-bin/ShopSite/bo

Next thing I noticed was that on the receipt it prints 2 return URL's.
Where does it get these from and how do I change these?

The one ShopSite put's on there is based on your Preferences -> Hosting
Service 'MyStore URL' setting, and the text label before it (default is
'Store URL:' comes from the text string setting in Preferences -> Store
Text -> Receipts for 'Store URL:'. I have seen double URL's a couple of
times when people have thought that the setting for the label is where
they actually enter their store's URL.Your extra URL might come from
that, or perhaps it is something you have entered in the Commerce Setup
-> Order System box for 'Text at the bottom of the email reciept'.
