I haven't used any custom Order API inside ShopSite yet and have some
questions about having one programmed and installed. The feature I want to
take advantage of with the custom Order API is to "Stuff the order
information into another system in real time". I'm using the latest version
of ShopSite.
Will the ShopSite Shopping Cart and Shipping Screens still look and work as
they do now?
Will I still be able to go into COMMERCE SETUP/ORDER SYSTEM and get the
CUSTOMIZE ORDER SYSTEM screen to make changes to the shopping cart and
shipping screens displayed to the customer?
Will the Custom Order API have to be re-written each time ShopSite is
updated?
Anything else I should be aware of relative to using a Custom ORDER API in
ShopSite?
