Credit Card Processing Order Error

Hi,
I noticed someone had a similar problem to mine a few
years ago but since that's the last posting of this
problem I thought I'd give it a shot. After submitting
credit card info i continuously receive the following
error:
Credit Card Processing Error
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your order was not processed
There was a problem processing your credit card information.
Please verify that the following were entered correctly:
* Zip Code
* Card Number
* Expiration Date
If you repeatedly see this message, complete your order by contacting
the merchant directly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Detailed error message:
Service is Restarting. Please retry later.
Invalid CVD Value. Please verify request parameters.
--end error
This happens even when I do NOT have the processor set to "reject on AVS
failure".
The payment processor is SureFire. I did try the orders manually
and they went through fine. I'm just wondering if this is a SureFire
problem or something I need to set in ShopSite? I did a search for
CVD Value and nothing came up.
Any suggestions?
