Qty Purchase discount based on an item

I was wondering if Shopsite will ever implement the Qty purchase discount
like Yahoo! Store or Miva Merchant?

I have quite a few item that are sold at a pricing strategy such as $1 for
1, $3 for 4, $7 for 10, and $15 for 25.

The current discount option using the subtotal is not useful to me. I
understand that this wish is very old. However, hope that Shopsite will be
able to implement it in the future.
