Loren:
Thanks. I did contact them and ask them to do it.
Yesterday they said that I can install the patch to the server and that it
would not be supported? I contacted them again and the case is still open.
They could not tell me if S459 was installed. I am still waiting to hear.
Also, since the site
www.racecarstore.com is using frames the new SP1
service pack for Windows XP and ie6.0 under the default setting for
privacy sets the "privacy icon" to "-" untrusted site in the browser,
lower right next to the lock icon. They said that it is because the site
is running in a frame. I thought that since both issues are cookie related
and the SP1 has moved the provacy level up the S459 patch may reconcile
this issue to. They don't know.
If you return to "Internet Options" and set the privacy level to accept
all cookies the problem goes away. Any ideas. Most folks will leave the
default set. And it may be impeding the sales success of the site.

Ron,
Contact your hosting provider/ShopSite reseller (Verio/Rapidsite, in
your case). Their upper level tech support should have access and can
get and install the patches for you. If they don't already have the
access info, they (Verio) can get it from ShopSite's tech support
department.
