Excluding Items from Coupons

with a coupon? I have a client who will be maintaining their products
through the ShopSite admin area, but who won't necessarily remember to
change the list of allowed items on a coupon every time they add a new
product. They've already got 200 plus SKUs in there, so it's already
enough of a pain to select everything but the 4 items that aren't
discountable...
