Hi Anna; Sorry I didn't reply directly to your email yesterday. Just go to
[Commerce Setup] to [Order System] in your back-office. There is a "Separate
shipping address box checked by default:" box that you need to remove the
checkmark from.

Sorry, I didn't describe what I want too well. On audiobooksonline.com, you
have the remove checkbox next to the quantity text box. So if the buyers
change their minds and want to remove the item in the shopping cart, they
just click the checkbox instead of typing 0 for quantity then click
"Recalculate." I could not find it describe in the back-office.
