Problems opening stathandler.cgi

Hello Shopsite,

When we try and open stats to obtain the sales figures for the month the
file tries to open but never does we get the daily totals, but when we click
on 'View History' and the software tries to open
statstoreoverview.cgi.

Should we raise a call with webex for this issue or is there something we
can try?
