ShopSite loses user details when extra products are added

ShopSite SC Pro v6.1.1 /
Browser: MSIE v6 on Win2000


Hi

How do we get Shopsite6 to remember the customers
checkout page details?!

Testing the system,
I just put in a load of details Name Address etc
into the Checkout page.

But then, from the Checkout page, I decided I
wanted to add another product, which I did by
clicking on the "Return to Cart" button.
And from there I clicked on the button to
return back to the store.

However when I went back to the Checkout page,
*all* my new user details (Address, etc) had
been trashed!

Please advise...
