We're looking for some stock themes. Actually just a few nice looking
designs having a solid color type and linking the left side bar to the
header (top) bar ; so we can incorporate navigation icons within. Any good
sources out there?

Check with some of the ShopSite Certified Designers listed at
http://www.shopsite.com/csd.html, some of them have done extensive
custom template work and they may have some stock templates available or
can custom design something for you.
