Hi Loren,
Our ISP has just upgraded us to 6.1.1. Now the orders DB has changed a bit
and we need to urgently change our 3rd party software which can only read
the old DB format.
Besides IpHostname and OrderWeight (described under
http://www.shopsite.com/help/6.1/en-US/ ... ormat.html )
we see some new repeating (for each order) fields which are not listed - can
you please confirm what these are used for (probably UPS real time and the
new QB configure utility

Dimension
QBImport
Taxable

Richard,
What version of ShopSite did you upgrade from? Several new fields have been
added since 5.x and a couple since 6.0

1. The repeating fields have always been there but now have a heading in the
first row of the data. These fields repeat for each product/coupon in the
order. There were a couple of new ones added in 6.x.
2. Total Item Weight contains the weight for each line item. (weight of 1
product X number of products on that line of invoice) May be used with UPS
shipping. This differs from the OrderWeight which is a total for the entire
order.
3. Dimension contains a box size eg 10x12x6 and is used with UPS shipping
4. QBimport is a data type field for importing into QuickBooks.
5. Taxable is whether the item is taxable (checked) or not.

I think that is all of the new ones for 6.1 from 6.0
