Pro 5 --> Pro 6 upgrade, leads to loss of VAT

Hi

When we tried to upgrade ShopSite SC Pro 5.0.1
to version 6, we lost the VAT (ie Sales Tax)
calculation on the Shopping basket page.

Is this a bug?
Is there a simple fix?

We didnt have time to sort it all out before the
weekend so in the end we had to restore the
previous version again (ie v5.0.1).

Are there likely to be lots of other issues
when we upgrade?

Any suggestions?

I have never heard of totally loosing the Sales Tax calculations, but I
have heard of it mistakenly switching to other Sales Tax methods,
specifically when the pre-upgrade method was set to no tax calculations
at all, which can be rectified by going to Commerce Setup -> Sales Tax
and switch it back to the correct method. Also make sure that you have
the checkboxes (that are new) next to each option you want to display in
the cart checked.
