Traffic Logs in ShopSite - do they work in ShopSite6? [we ha

Hi

Can anyone shed any light on the fact that
the "Traffic" logs in Shopsite (SC Pro 5.0.1),
have never worked correctly.

We are about to upgrade to ShopSite Pro 6
and I would like to know if the Traffic is
any more likely to work in this version.

The problem has been that in the Reports section
the "Hosts" quoted is always "0", and the "Hits"
and "Pages" seem to stop for that day as soon as
any of us look at them!

It was worked in this (incorrect) way ever since
about 2.5 years ago when we first installed
ShopSite Pro (version erm... 3?).

We are running on a secure server under Linux
and are (now though not originally) using our
own digital certificate....

Anyhow will ShopSite 6 work any better?!

There were no changes made to the Stats code in ShopSite between 5.x and
6.x. They should "work" in the same way as they have.

Any idea why they never worked right with us?

FWIW, we are using a secure server that has to be hosted
with script to copy all our HTML file in.

You might want to see if you have every thing configured properly.
