ShopSite® SC Pro 5.0.1,

Hi

If our customers they enter something wrong
on the Checkout page, they currently seem to
lose *all* their data that page.

How do we stop the users losing this data?

A number of changes have been made in ShopSite 6 to the billing screen
so most information is saved if a shopper make an error.
If you want to see how it works you could try a demo store at
http://www.shopsite.com/html/als-adv/index.html This will give you an
example from the shopper's perspective.

You may want to consider upgrading to get this functionality plus a lot
of other new features. You can see the new features at

It turns out that I cant *get* to the billing
screen on your demo - it comes back with
"Could not communicate with UPS®"

Try reloading it a few times or try a few minutes later. I think the demo's are set to use the
UPS test server, which isn't as reliable as the production server.
