Hi

Anyone recommend some decent tracking software
(for use with ShopSite) ?


I need to track the effectiveness of our
marketting activities (e.g. keyword bidding on Overture).

I need:

- Tracking right onto the Thankyou Page

- Tracking the order values

- Time-expiring cookie tracking (to cope measure
re-visits)


We are based in the UK

Well, we use WebTrends Live for basic statistics on users and page views...
and use the Affiliate program in ShopSite to track all orders that come from
pay-per-click search engines and directories. We set each up with their own
affiliate link so we can now track through WebTrends how many people came
from Overture and can see in our Affilate system how many purchased
something. Plus the individual pay per clicks have good reports as well.
