Help! Can't download orders!

The date: 08/10/02.

For some reason I can not download orders all of a sudden. I could do it
yesterday though and nothing has been changed on the server since then.
Everything else is working fine though. I click on ORDERS, and it just
sits there until Netscape says: Document contains no data. I have tried
fixing it and have had a few tech guys check it out. It doesn't seem to
be a server or OS problem.

Please help! I do not have a Shopsite reseller so I usually get my
support straight from Shopsite (for a fee). I have no where else to turn
and of course this problem happens on a freakin' Saturday so Shopsite
support is not available!

I have a team of guys waiting to fill the orders, and I am worried that
if the problem is big, we may not ever get the orders that are in there.
That would mean we would lose like 600 orders over this weekend since
orders are still going through! Of course, this would be an absolute
disaster.

It is Saturday, August 10th at almost 2:00 p.m.

I am using Shopsite Pro 6.0.1 on a linux server with Apache.

Ryan,

This should be taken care of for the moment, Monday you can contact John
Young in Sales (if he doesn't contact you first) to arrange payment and
see about figuring out the one bad order that caused the problem
(shoppers were never affected, new orders were still being placed during
this time).
