AOL 7.0

Is anyone having a problem with AOL 7.0?

When I try to enter things in my cart, I get an "Empty Cart." It happens
both with our "Quick Order" entry form and now with regular product
"Order" buttons.

It's on the SS 6.1 test version of our site at 66.70.210.253. If
someone else with AOL could check it out, I'd be grateful.

FYI, this is caused by setting the v6.x Pro setting in Commerce Setup ->
Order System for 'Keep unfinished shopping carts' to 0 days. This causes the
cookie that is set to track the shopper to immediately expire (0 days ;-).
Netscape and IE seemed to work somewhat OK with this and resorted to IP
tracking, but the AOL browser didn't like this inbetween state where cookies
are being allowed by the browser (which is something that ShopSite detects
before resorting to IP tracking) yet IP tracking was needed because the
coookie was expired. This was the same problem for your multiple add form.

Thanks Loren,

This makes sense (sort of). Anyway, its working now. It appears Lexiconn fixed
the setting for us (but I didn't receive an e-mail about it. I hope AOL isn't
having e-mail glitches today).

I appreciate all the help.
