Before we start looking at some of the log files for shopsite, we understand
(from reading this group) that shopsite captures the IP address of the
customer once an order is finalized. We looked under help but can't confirm
this. We know that this is logged for searches; but for orders?

Richard,

The IP being recorded in the order is a new feature in ShopSite v6.1,
your ShopSite will need to be upgraded to that version to get the
feature. In v6.1, you can see the IP address in the View Orders screen
and it is included in the order download file as well.

Thanks Loren, I am pushing our ISP (Yourhost) to upgrade from 6.0
