p/com error

Got this from a customer:

I appreciate your efforts. I was completely baffled myself. The
funny
thing was that I had completed an order for a different knife on the
Balisong World website. It went through without problem. When after four
tries I couldn't complete my order on your website, I then went to Knife
Outlet and completed my order flawlessly again.

The only website giving me trouble was yours. I used the same credit
card each time and only had problems with your site. The only thing I can
add is that every time there was an error message with that "P/com"
notation, when I went back to the order page my credit card information
had
been erased. I kept inputing it and double and triple checking it for
accuracy and when I tried to complete the order, I got the same result.
The exact same order process with the same credit card worked on both
Knife
Outlet and Balisong that same evening. I am simply stumped.

Do you believe I should try again tonight? Is there anything you
suggest I look at while inputing my order? Some funny little mistake I
may
have been making I should watch out for? Thanks for your message.

was told to go back and correct the "P/com" error in my order form. I
kept trying to retype and submit and failed. I must send my son a
birthday present and your site refused to tell me what I needed to do.
I
was forced to order some a knife through the Knife Outlet instead. Too
bad, I really wanted to order your product. Sorry.

Ryan I am very sorry hear that - we have gotten 1000 orders in the last
20
days at normal frequency per day but I have a feeling you got stuck
somewhere we can't locate - I can't get the condition to happen again
trying to order myself from the site (I have been trying for a few hours
today.)

You know how it goes - 100,000 people who are at all different levels of
understanding with 1000 different platforms :)

I shouldn't have reported this until I saw it twice - sorry.

But in other news... I think that AOL V7 Users might be having problems
(something built in there is cookie crushun' or worse.) Anyone else having
that problem?

I have never heard of any 'p/com' errors in regards to ShopSite. But your
ShopSite is v4.1, about 4 years and 6 releases old. You should consider asking
your host to upgrade you to a newer version (although I can't say that would
resolve this issue since I have never heard of it before).
