Finite Options Text Drop-Down Menus - Error message customiz

We are in teh process of trying to implement the 'required selection' kinda
deal in the Finite Options text where you build custom drop-down menus for
products. Sooo... we added ;n to the end of each ' subject ' so to speak
line of each drop down, so drop down menus look and work fine and require
the user to select a choice in them.

BUT, when the user doesnt select all of the options, they get an error
message that looks like this:

Embroidered Ringer T-Shirts (12) (1-placement) requires a menu selection




Well, quite frankly thats fricking hideous and I would never in a million
years subject my website users to viewing that ugly message. How do I
change that message so it looks pretty and like the rest of our site? Can I
do this?
