We are currently experiencing an issue with Shopsite SC Pro 5.0.1
(running on Solaris) and Associates. In following the instructions in
Shopsite Help in setting up Associaties, orders placed through following
a link from the Associate's site are not being credited to the
Associate. Any thoughts or ideas?

Are you checking the Order section before you check in the Merchandising ->
Associates section for the associate orders?

The email is not sent to the associate and the associate order is not
recorded in the associate databases until you go to Orders
(orderhandler.cgi).

Yes, I have been checking in the Orders section before looking in the Associate
for the order. I have tried this on another Shopsite install, same version as
the site experiencing the Associate issues and it works on the second site.

I think our Associates feature might be doing the same thing. We have
associate links set up for all the PPC search engines we have accounts with
and used to get several orders per day from each of them.

Lately we are getting the same amount of orders but aren't seeing many
associate orders.
