Problem with limite space in text 1 fiel when editing page

Hi,

I am using Shop Site 4.3 Pro, and I do all my web pages on Front Page 98
and then I copy and paste them into Text 1 fied when I edit my page
content. Lately I am starting to run out of space in text 1 field when I
do my pasting from Front Page 98. Does anyone know if there is a limit
on the amount of lines that is allowed in text 1 field?

Kim ,

I ran into the same thing with 4.3 that is use on another site I work on
from time to time.

Solution...
Split the page up and use both "text 1" and "text 2" to enter the HTML.

Using the universal header and footer can be helpful but be aware that the
"text 3" will show up below the footer if your using anything other than
"text 3 on left side".

Another solution may be to use Page upload to edit and modify these Text
fields.

Note that a lot of the limitations are caused by your browser, there is
only a certain amount of information that the browser will submit per
textarea. If you have a huge complicated HTML page, such as Front Page
makes, it may not all fit in the textarea. The amount the browsers allow
can vary depending on what browser you are using and what OS you are
running on your desktop computer.

ShopSite's upload does not have these restrictions.
