Hello,

My customer service people are constantly complaining about not being
able to change an order until it has been downloaded and imported into
StoneEdge. We would LOVE it if in a future (near future) version there
was a way to edit orders while they are still in Shopsite. Customers are
always calling and saying, "Woops, I put the wrong address" or "I want
to order 2 of them instead of 1". It is annoying and a pain to deal
with.

Ryan,
this is a request many of us here are waiting for .. being able to create
customer accounts during the checkout process and accessing the account to
previous order info. We all hope its on the drawing board.

I completely agree. I like the front end of ShopSite the way it is. I would
love to see more administrative tools for webmasters so that we didn't have
to download orders to do almost everything.

I would like to see customer management, customer login; order fulfillment
and order management; billing options (billing under amounts or partial);
eidting prices without having to reinput the orders and edit product pricing
(or download into OM)

Many of these features would be great. Right now ShopSite does everything we
need on the front end but I would love to see some more enhancements on the
back end. I'd also love to see some FedEx integration sometime in the
future!
