HI:
I am having problems adding products using the "Order Anywhere" method.
When I add the products to my existing web page they work fine at first.
When I place in my tables inside the form and move the pulldown menus
around, only the first product on the web page works correctly. The
other products come up with this error message everytime:

Error in Form!
------------------------------------------------------------------------

We're sorry, but there was an error in your form data!
You must specify a valid value for: storeid .
Please go back and try it again

Could someone please look at the code and tell me what I am doing wrong.
I am not a code person . I did try reading through the manuals but with
no luck. I am using Shopsite 6 , Dreamweaver 4 on a Mac system.
