Ordering Problems

Hi,
We've gotten a few emails like this since we upgraded to v6:
I was wondering if anyone else is having the same sort of problems? Also,
our order volume has been down lately and am hoping this is not causing us
to lose orders. Any insight would be appreciated.

to add something to my shopping cart, or view my shopping cart, I get an
internal server error.
I'd sure love to get these pencils somehow--hope you can help!
