Search Error

New Shopsite User Alert!
For some odd reason, I am getting an error on searches for products that
have descriptions (either on the main product page or on the More Info page
for the item)
The error goes something like this, printed at the top of the offending
search page: (numbers are different each time...)
0 [main] productsearch.cgi 1008 handle_exceptions: Exception:
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION 5330 [main]
productsearch.cgi 1008 stackdump: Dumping stack trace to
productsearch.cgi.stackdump
I can remove the error by removing the description of the item, and that is
it. Even turning off the option of having the search look through the
description and moreinfo information didn't work. Is there something I am
missing? I have to have product descriptions! Doesn't do much good to sell
things when people don't know what they are...
Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Each product that has caused the error
only has one thing in common that I can see: descriptions containing HTML
tags (all common tags, like <LI> or <BR> or <FONT COLOR=...)
Appreciate anyone's help here...
Thanks
Ben
