Let\'s get up to speed, please

To bring up an old issue, that I hope continues to be brought up until
there is a change, the new Search feature is lacking today's universal
search standards. If I go to my ShopSite backend and type in a
partial word for say, in the Products, all the relative links that
contain
that partial word appear.
However, what's good for the goose is apparently not good enough for
the gander. When I go to my web site and type in the same partial
word, I get nothing. Or even if I put in the plural by adding an "S"
to known product names, I get no results when there are plenty of
relative product links listed in the singular.
Come on ShopSite, help your customers help their customers....PLEASE.
All right fellow merchants, chime in and let's see if our voices are
heard.
