Auth file generator problems

I work for a ShopSite reseller. We only recently received information on
how to obtain the ShopSite 6 auth file generator.

ckplatform reports:
Linux6.1
So, I retrieved the libc6 version of the generator.

Upon testing the generator, no auth file was generated. The Apache error
log contained the following:
../get_auth: error in loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3:
cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

I went ahead and tried the libc5 generator. The libc5 generator works.

So, is there any problem with using a libc5 auth file generator with libc6.1
ShopSite cgis?

Jason,

This is a user forum, most people here are not familiar with the auth
generators. For technical issues you should contact the tech support
department through the usual phone number, email address, or the web
tracking system.
