Search

To bring up an old issue, that I hope continues to be brought up until
there is a change, the new Search feature is lacking today's universal
search standards. If I go to my ShopSite backend and type in a
partial word for say, the products, all the relative links appear.
However, what's good for the goose is apparently not good enough for
the gander. When I go to my web site and type in the same partial
word, I get nothing. Or if I even put in the plural by adding an "S"
to known product names, I get no results when there are plenty of
product links listed in the singular. Come on ShopSite, help your
customers help their customers....PLEASE.

All right fellow merchants, chime in and let's see if our voices are
heard.

Jimmy; I agree!!!!

In that (I believe) boolean search rules are most prevalent, I expect many
customers try to search using them and get no or confusing results at our
ShopSite 6.0.3 store.
