Product Description Issues Using StoneEdge Order Manager

I am trying to get StoneEdge's Order Manager integrated with my shopsite 6.0
store. One of the things that I had to do in shopsite to get the product
description fonts to a smaller size in the store front was to put an HTML
tag in front of each of the products names like the following "<font
size=1>"Product Name Here.

Now that I am trying to integrate with order manager, when I download the
product database from shopsite into Order Manager, the HTML tag is shown as
part of the product name.

If I go to edit out that HTML tag in product manager, so that my customer
will not see a product description that reads something like"<font
size=1>Coat of Arms in Deluxe Gold Frame", then I will be creating a
constant maintenance issue.

This could all be solved if I did not have to put an HTML tag in the
Shopsite backoffice in the first place, but that is the only way I have been
able to reduce the font size for my store front. I have left this issue on
the forum before, but have received no advice on how to make the fonts
smaller using a different method.

I guess what I am really asking, is how do you make "Small" in the shopsite
font size selection to mean "Small", so that I don't have to deal with the
issue in Order Manager?

Any ideas or work-arounds??

Thanks,

Actually, the Order Manager has a very simple solution to this problem:

Go to the Maintenance Menu, and click on Set System Parameters.

Go to the Custom parameter group.

Select the parameter called "StripHTMLFromName", set it to TRUE, and click
the Save button.

When you import orders in the future, the Order Manager will strip all HTML
from the product names during the import process, so you customers will not
see any of it.
