How to download sales into a relational database... ?

All we are trying to do is suck down sales into a
relational database.
Entity structure:
Obviously there is one entity for a "Sale" and
each "Sale" can have one or more products
or "Sales Lines" within it.
We need to be able to extract the data into our
existing stock-control/accounts package
(called "Options").
But even if we could get it into MS Access, that would be
a start!

P.S. Stone Edge's "Order Manager for ShopSite" looks interesting
but we don't currently have the budget for it !
