I have set up the DD feature that is suppose to point to a web page for
further instructions.

The DD feature is generating the hyperlink on the receipt page and also on
the emailed receipt of
http://mmgsales.com/shop-bin/sc/downloa ... 7622BFA2C5
563F013D19383AF991F47

However, I'm trying to get this hyperlink to point to
http://www.mmgsales.com/Activation/index.htm that has the instructions to
complete the transaction.

When you do press on the DD link you get an error message Order Number: 1363
Error opening file: http://www.mmgsales.com/Activation/index.htm

I've gone through the instructions and it appears the everything is setup
correctly.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

The file must be in your data/download directory or a subdirectory of that
directory, and the setting in the Add/Edit Product Info screen should either be
a filename or the subdirectory of the download directory and then the filename.
URL's won't work, although the original v6 UI seemed to imply that it would (and
I see that the on-line doc still has the word URL, which it shouldn't, so I'll
ask the doc person to change it). The 6.0.3 UI has been changed to hopefully not
give the impression that a URL is acceptable in the Product Download Location
field.
