Yes, it is in all product levels, including Pro, Manager, and Starter.

The Opt-In eMail box in the checkout screens of ShopSite Professional will
integrate with the BlueHornet eMail Marketing System using a simple
order.api that BlueHornet Networks will provide to you. If you already use
an order.api they will integrate in with your existing script.

This will take the email address data from the checkout screens in ShopSite
Pro and automatically send it over to your email marketing system. You can
of course collect opt-in data from the rest of your site as well.

If you haven't already you should check out this new version 6 integration
with the BlueHornet eMail Marketing System. So far it is working wonders for
my customers.
Right now the integration is only available in the Pro stores.
