Search on each Page

It looks like the new search options (advanced check box and "help" just
beneath the search box) are only available on the search results page, not
when the search box is added to the top or bottom of each page. Surely one
should be able to have one consistent search box throughout. Cannot see if
this can be done after testing..

BTW we have "Advanced Search" set to "Always" which according to help file
should fix this but it doesn't.
