CONFUSING CUSTOMERS

At the bottom of the email receipt that goes to the customers is the
following message:

To retrieve payment information on this order, click on the 'Orders' button
from within ShopSite.
Shopsite URL:
http://www.themaninthemoon.com/cgi-them ... /start.cgi


I can't find how to get rid of this message on ShopSite® SC Manager 5.0.1.
The url above is for our back office where the customer cannot enter. Can
someone tell me how to get rid of that message on the email receipts? Thank
you

Are you sure that it is on the shopper's receipt? That info is normally on the
merchant receipt email, not the shopper's, and I have never seen it otherwise.
