Yes, run the page through an HTML checker, it will most likely tell you
that you have mismatched table tags, in other words you started a TABLE
or a TR or a TD somewhere, and there is no matching ending tags for
them.
IE is more forgiving of bad HTML, so if you were to do you main
development in Netscape (I would recommend the latest 4.x version) and
your pages look good in Netscape, then they are probably going to look
good in the other browsers.
