You can set up the pages any way you like with a Custom Page Template. Within
ShopSite you will have limited options in the default page template for page
width etc (there is a pull-down in Edit Page Layout), but if you go with any
of the other themes or templates the nested tables etc will probably not give
you a 100% page width.
