We have a shopsite lite store running on the linux platform. A client
wanted to upgrade to the manager version so we ordered another auth store.
We are trying to upgrade the store but to no prevail. It keeps coming up as
a shopsite lite store in the back end. Any suggestion?

thanks

Did you replace the [storeid].auth file in the data directory with the
new .auth file?

If you did and the cgi's still don't know that they should be Manager
instead of Lite, then check to make sure the [storeid].auth files in the
two cgi directories are actually symbolic links that point to the one in
the data directory.
