Hi,

well thanks shopsite for turning the newsgroup back on..

Look I think we all should have a good discussion and debate on the
software that we ALL purchased.

If ppl think I shouldn't be bitching about it, fine, np at all.

I know Loren to be quite an ohnest person, and so belive there will be
no spin here.

Loren, don't you agree somewhat the shopsite is lacking quite a few
features that other carts have, even shopping systems that cost quite
a bit less??

Like I have said in the past, if shopsite doesn't want to make
modules, etc. why not open the code or make a Hook so other companies
can. They do this for Miva, etc. I don't know why shopsite is so
worried about there .cgi Code getting taken or whatever. I know they
want to protect there property, and that is fine. but they could still
open it up for some development... .cgi is so damm server intensive
anyways, especially if you have a very busy store. I think a php/mysql
solution is a very good way to go..

I will be waiting Loren or anybody for there comments
