Another couple of questions, if you please.
The Thank You screen is the only page where my background does not appear.
I have it configured the same as on my Shipping page, but it doesn't show.
Also, when a customer adds an item to their cart and wants to return to
shopping, they receive an error message unless the surcharge option is
checked. Is there a way to configure this so shopping can continue without
selecting this option? This was pointed out by a member of our ShopSite
family - Thanks.

Actually the Return to Store button on the thankyou screen comes from
Commerce Setup -> Order System, and I think the text box is towards the
bottom and is called "Information on the Thank You screen to return to
storefront:". Note that the %s is translated by ShopSite into the
shopsite-images directory from your store's settings file, but if you have
it somewhere else all you have to do is remove the %s and put in your own
full URL.
