Shipping problems

I am having a wierd problem and hope someone might have an insight into what
is happening.
I haven't spent the time to do this on many products and verify its a
consistent problem with everything, but on this page:
http://www.pmxmedical.com/catalog/page89.html#1490
if I order Alcohol Prep Pads (SKU J2136) or Large prep pads (SKU 2132), and
have a qty of 1-8, my shipping shows fine ($4.50 for ground). Once I hit 9
or 10, it jumps to $42 for ground, the max we charge for shipping online.
After that, it seems to be fine (put in 100, it comes out $14.50). I'm
stumped, and we've had customers complain about it. Didn't see anything
relevant in the KB so here I am. Any thoughts anyone?

You probably have an overlap in your shipping tables because of an extra
character mistakenly entered in for a weight or currency range. Or an extra
character mistakenly entered for the shipping cost for the table values that
matches the currency (or weight) range that a quantity of 9 or 10 of this item
falls into. I would say it's probably the former.

Looked at those and didn't see anything that looked wrong. We are shipping
by weight in 5 lb increments so our table goes 1-5, 6-10,
11-15...............

Looking at what I was just typing, I realised I left a 1lb gap in each. Went
through and set the shipping to go from 0.01 to 5, 5.01 to 6, and so on and
so forth. Works better now. Thanks
