Over Writing Product links to Pages

I have setup a website based on ShopSite 4.3 Pro.

The site is 'built' by a database program here at my work and then uploaded
in 2 files, the products and pages files. It appears that the pages upload
controls the product links additions but does not over write the
assignments. ie the products are told to link when the pages data is
uploaded. From this point on the products have control of the pages they
link to. So if you wanted to delete a product link to a page, there is no
file upload way of doing it. Am I wrong?

You can see my problem here:
http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/MAN2.html

and the way I would like it to appear:
http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/MAN5.html

In the database program, I have a cut off of 35 products per manufacturer.
If we carry more than 35 products from a manufacturer, I break down the
products into the category groups (links down left side of page). The AMMCO
manufacturer page (MAN2.html above) has changed, in the most recent upload,
from having 33 to 35+ products. So my database program splits them up and
puts in the page links but puts a blank in the product links field for page
MAN2.html.

The problem seems to arise from the product links sticking around from the
prior upload (ie when 33 AMMCO products were carried).

So is there a way to remove products linking to a page via a file upload.

Thanks
David
