Is there any type of Template that can be created for the Shopping cart
or checkout pages? I was thinking of using checkboxes instead of
dropdown menus. And I also want to do something different with the
seperate "Ship To" address.

Hi Partick:
besides custom footer and header these pages are set in stone. Might change
with version 6.0 but I doubt it.
