I opened a case on this with support but so far no response.
We are using "Common CGIs" so all stores are using the same CGIs.
We have one store that won't let us delete an item from the shopping cart.
Order 2-3 items then in the Shopping Cart change one of the quantities to 0
(zero). Click on [Recalculate] and the product goes away. Go down and click
on [Continue Shopping]. View the cart and the product is still there. You
can also see this if you hit the [Recalculate] a second time. If you select
[Checkout] at the bottom of the page you will also see that the product is
back in the shopping list.
Is there something in the product entries that could cause this? Remember
this is the only store doing this out of several using the same CGIs.
Anybody seen anything like this?
