storeid.aa file

We have been using shopsite 5.01 for almost 2 years, everything WAS working
fine. We now get an error when ever we hit the tab "Orders" and "Reports",
the error is "unable to load storeid.aa file" (it really isn't "storeid" its
our store name). Everything else works fine, regeneration, order processing,
etc. I checked the file, it is located in the ss directory and does not
seem to be corrupted. The hosting company did say they upgraded the server,
but are of no help as to what is wrong with "Shop Site" I think something is
pointing to a wrong location somewhere. There is a copy of a storeid.aa file
in the knowledge base but that is for version 4.0. Is there a 5.0 version
somewhere, Does anybody have any idea what might be causing this problem for
these two tabs.

You are probably hosted on a Linux server, your host probably upgraded you to a
newer version of Linux, and this problem would most likely be resolved by
upgrading your ShopSite to the build made specifically for that version of
Linux.
