chpass.cgi says

I made the mistake of changing the password for a customer from the
server with:

....
% htpasswd bo/.htpasswd user
....

I didn't know that you couldn't then use the BackOffice, Utilities,
Change Password utility to change it.

It just gives an error of "old passwords don't match".

The knowledge base said to contact support on how to fix this.

How do I do that?
